Design of the new set-up of the Museo delle Tecnologie of Automobili Lamborghini

The workshop, conducted in collaboration with the MUDETEC (Museum of Technologies of Automobili Lamborghini) and with the tutorship of David Chipperfield Architects Milano, offered the students the rare opportunity to work on the 2021 layout of the Lamborghini Museums, imagining, through their work, a museum itinerary aimed at telling the story, innovation, and identity of one of the most famous brands in the world. By showcasing models and car parts that have marked the history of design and the automotive industry, the students were faced with the challenge of conveying the high content of technological innovation and design advanced by Automobili Lamborghini over the years. Furthermore, the students were asked to make widespread and refined use of the most advanced edutainment and digital storytelling technologies: the ambition of the set-up was in fact not to end with the user's experience at the museum, but also to open up to a narrative and spreading on the most diverse social and communication channels. Backed by the most well-known luxury car brand in the world, and an invaluable collection of automobiles, the MUDETEC guaranteed students the unique opportunity to link their signature to the creation of a true Made in Italy legend: Automobili Lamborghini.
