Alessia Salerno

Alessia Salerno received an undergraduate degree in architecture from Politecnico di Milano University. Salerno’s career has developed across numerous interior design and architecture projects, many conducted for some of the world’s leading museums and/or art institutions. Since 2003 her work has focused primarily on Fondazione Prada in Milan, where she has been Director of Exhibition Design and Development since 2015. She has collaborated with institutions including the Politecnico di Milano University and the Fabbrica del Vapore (Milan), for example holding seminars focused on the art of building and presenting contemporary art exhibitions, as well as consulting for numerous independent exhibitions (overseeing design, graphic art, video and more). Salerno also works as an art and exhibition consultant for exhibition layouts and the production of artwork for independent spaces, artist studios, architecture offices and others.
